A real adventure tour

City Tour in Brixen

"Travel educates," as the saying goes. In Brixen, this saying becomes an experience, because our tours are something very special: Here, history comes alive! Our city guides, known as Ciceroni, not only open doors to historic buildings and hidden corners, but also whisk you away to the fascinating world of South Tyrolean wine. And the best part: You can also join them at a different time of day: On an atmospheric evening tour, you'll experience the city in a whole new light. As a Brixen Card holder, you can participate in both of these types of city tours free of charge.

Live in Castle Campan

Conferences and Music Weeks

Campan Castle is a popular accommodation for conference attendees in the surrounding area, such as Bozen or Brixen, as well as a preferred accommodation for the rest of the family whose older children are participating in a music week at the Vinzentinum or a music school. Campan Castle is particularly close to the Vinzentinum's Episcopal Institute and classical licensing school. Anyone who plays an instrument is welcome to bring it on vacation: In the secluded location of Campan Castle and the privacy of the apartment, you can play music in peace!

Culture and nature, an eternal duet, reinterpreted in every season. Listen to both the bass and upper voices, let yourself be inspired by the harmony, and find your favourite version.

Beyond the old city walls of Brixen

South Tyrol, museum country

Among the numerous exhibitions, some are particularly worth seeing: The Archaeological Museum, featuring the famous glacier mummy Ötzi, provides deep and detailed insights into Stone Age life. The Folklore Museum in Dietenheim tells the ethnographic story of the lives of mountain farmers in those days. At the Ridnaun Mining Museum, you'll learn all sorts of interesting facts about the lives of miners and the mining of ore-bearing rock from the Middle Ages well into the 20th century. At the Tiso Mineral Museum, you'll discover all sorts of shimmering treasures from mountain caves, such as rock crystals and geodes.
